To? ?future? ?MISL? ?participants,? ?A’va? ?gives? ?this? ?advice: “Enjoy your time in Columbus! Try a new restaurant, visit some of the city’s famous landmarks, and most of all, explore all that Ohio State has to offer. You will be at an amazing institution that has so much to offer. I met phenomenal professionals who were more than willing to answer any questions I had and provide me with insight regarding the field. Be confident in your abilities and knowledge base. You were chosen for a reason! If you are ever doubting yourself or feel overwhelmed, remember that “challenges are what make life interesting and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.” Never forget that your supervisors and cohort are there to support you. They will become your family!”
